Normal Business Hours:

 

•    Monday through Thursday 8:00 AM until 4:30 PM
•    Friday 8:00 AM until 12:00 PM
 

Our triage nurse is available to assist with any questions or concerns that our established patients may have each day during regular business hours. The triage nurse can be contacted by phone call or by a secured message from your patient portal. Please note that although patients are able to send a portal message 24 hours a day, the messages are only monitored during our normal business hours.

 

All portal messages are first reviewed by our triage nurse. Once receiving your portal message, the triage nurse will respond using approved protocols or will forward the message to your physician for review. Only non-urgent questions or concerns should be sent through the patient portal. For any urgent questions, we recommend that you call the office and speak with directly with our triage nurse.
