Prescription text notifications: Our office has enrolled in a service that sends a text notification to your smartphone each time a medication is electronically prescribed for you. The text will always come from #64556, will include your provider’s name and an rxinform.org link. To access your prescription details, you will need to enter your date of birth and log in. You will then be able to view your prescriptions. We hope that this will make it easier to notify you of prescriptions and refills. You can opt-out of these messages by replying “stop” or “unsubscribe” at any time. Or, you can notify our office to remove your number from these notifications.
